FiberStar is seeking an experienced NMS Engineer to administer and support multi-vendor NMS platforms across diverse telecom networks. You will manage NMS infrastructure, databases, and participate in system upgrades and migrations to ensure high availability and security.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of NMS/OCS experience, and hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/OpenStack/Huawei FusionSphere) and multi-vendor NMS deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an NMS Engineer/NOC System Engineer/System Administrator or related role.
• Experienced in deploying and managing Network Management Systems (NMS) from multi-vendor environments (Huawei, ZTE, SolarWinds, PRTG, Cacti, Zabbix, etc.).
• Experienced in network element discovery, onboarding, and integration into NMS platforms.
• Familiar with virtualization platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, and Huawei FusionSphere.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage systems, and Linux/Windows administration.
• Experienced in Oracle, SQL, and database administration.
• Understanding of network monitoring, system security, and service availability.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
