You will develop, test, and implement applications, while maintaining and integrating systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2–5 years of System Development experience.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Java, or PHP.
• Strong SQL (SQL Server/MySQL) and RESTful API concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Develop, test, and implement applications per company requirements.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and fixes for running applications.
• Collaborate with users and related teams to ensure optimal system operation.
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
• Integrate internal and external applications.
• Handle bug fixes and enhancements for existing apps.
• Ensure security, quality, and performance of developed apps.
• Provide technical support and training to users as needed.

Job Description

• Melakukan analisis kebutuhan bisnis dan menerjemahkannya menjadi solusi sistem yang efektif.
• Mengembangkan, menguji, dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
• Melakukan maintenance, troubleshooting, dan perbaikan terhadap aplikasi yang berjalan.
• Berkolaborasi dengan user dan tim terkait untuk memastikan sistem berjalan optimal.
• Menyiapkan dokumentasi teknis dan user manual.
• Melakukan integrasi sistem dengan aplikasi internal maupun eksternal.
• Menangani perbaikan bug serta melakukan enhancement aplikasi yang sudah berjalan.
• Memastikan keamanan, kualitas, dan performa aplikasi yang dikembangkan.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis dan pelatihan kepada pengguna apabila diperlukan.

Requirements

• Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 2–5 tahun di bidang System Development.
• Menguasai salah satu bahasa pemrograman: C#/.NET, Java, atau PHP.
• Memahami SQL Server/MySQL dan konsep API (RESTful).
• Terbiasa menggunakan Git dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik.
• Pengalaman di industri asuransi atau jasa keuangan menjadi nilai tambah.
