We are looking for an AI Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building end-to-end AI solutions that combine modern software engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and intelligent automation. This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing scalable AI-powered applications that solve real business challenges while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI-powered web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
End-to-end design, development, and maintenance of independent microservices and modular frontends, including OCR-based document processing, secure and high-availability system topologies, and PDP-compliant low-latency infrastructure.
Build and deploy AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
Develop efficient, scalable, and reusable AI tools and frameworks to improve business productivity and automation.
Design, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and intelligent decision support.
Build secure backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and responsive frontend applications.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, third-party APIs, and cloud platforms.
Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and DevOps best practices for AI applications.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development, with proven experience delivering production-grade applications.
Proven hands-on experience building AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or open-source LLMs.
Strong expertise in Machine Learning, including model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps practices.
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience working with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and vector databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, security best practices, and scalable application development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
