Arethia Indonesia is seeking an IT Staff to manage and secure our technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will contribute to data security, system integration, backups, and documentation, while collaborating with a growing team in a company that values agility, transparency, and talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Staff, IT Support, or similar role.
• Strong capability in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of server administration.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, servers, and network systems to ensure stable operations.
• Proactively monitor performance to prevent downtime and maintain continuity.
• Resolve escalated technical problems with timely, effective solutions.
• Keep IT equipment functioning optimally to support daily activities.
• Guide employees on using company IT resources and basic onboarding.
• Assist in integrating and maintaining internal systems and applications.
• Implement IT security measures to safeguard assets and data.
• Manage regular data backups and perform restore testing.
• Create and update technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Track and manage IT assets for accountability.
