Job summary
Egogohub is seeking an IT Support to maintain internal IT infrastructure and support scalable, automated infrastructure for client-facing platforms. The role bridges internal IT needs with deployment, automation, and reliability of software infrastructure.
The candidate will perform hands-on IT support, maintain systems, and enable rapid development practices in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years IT Support or similar role; fresh grads welcome.
- Proficient in hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, networks, and other systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users for hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts and secure access to IT systems.
- Perform routine maintenance of hardware and network systems.
- Develop and update IT documentation and procedures.
- Support new IT projects and coordinate with external vendors.
- Conduct data backups and ensure data security protocols.
