We're looking for an Fullstack Developer to keep our internal systems running smoothly while supporting scalable, automated infrastructure for our client-facing platforms.

Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fullstack Developer at Egogo Hub located in PIK. The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of web applications. They will work closely with functional consultants and other developers to ensure efficient and seamless user experiences. The Fullstack Developer will also be involved in software development and implementing advanced technologies to meet user needs.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Fullstack Developer personnel to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of web applications, from user interface to server and database.

Responsibilities:

Back-end: Experience using Meteor JS, Node JS, Express JS.
Database: Experience in any MongoDB / MySQL (complex queries, sharding, transactions, and locking mechanisms).
Redis : caching, distributed locks, rate limiting, and queues.
Deep understanding of REST API and GraphQL design principles (must have REST at minimum).
Experience in integrating third-party systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in building Fullstack web application in an enterprise environment.
Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English.
Proficient in Git and common team collaboration workflows (Git Flow, Code Review).
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies rapidly.
