Job summary

PT Pancious Tirta Jaya, a casual dining restaurant group in Jakarta, seeks an IT Staff to maintain IT infrastructure across outlets and head office. You will ensure smooth system operations, provide technical support for POS, computers, printers, and other equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining networks and servers (Proxmox), configuring MikroTik routers and UniFi APs, implementing security and backups, and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or admin.

• Strong hardware, networking, OS, and POS knowledge.

Job description

PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant group in Jakarta, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth system operations, and providing technical support across all restaurant outlets and head office.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor company IT systems, networks, and hardware to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POS systems, computers, printers, and other IT equipment in outlets and head office.

Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers and Ubiquiti UniFi Access Points (AP).

Maintain and monitor Proxmox server environments to ensure system stability and performance.

Monitor system security and ensure data protection and backup procedures are properly implemented.

Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and technical issues.

Assist in the implementation of new IT systems, software, or technology improvements.

Document IT procedures, system configurations, and technical issues for future reference.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and POS systems.

Hands‑on experience with MikroTik configuration and management.

Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi Access Point (AP) setup and configuration.

Good understanding of Proxmox Virtual Environment (PVE) and server virtualization.

Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.

Willing to travel to outlets when needed.

Flexible to work weekends or outside office hours if system support is required.
