Job summary

PT. HTC Global Software Services seeks a Solution Lead to drive end-to-end IT and digital delivery from design through implementation.

You will translate business requirements into executable designs across application, data, and integration layers while coordinating developers, testers, vendors, and other technical teams. • Minimum experience 8–13 years in IT or digital delivery.
• 4–6 years in Solution Lead, Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, or Senior System Analyst.
• Strong experience in end-to-end solution delivery and coordinating multiple components.
• Able to translate business requirements into executable solution designs.
• Good understanding of Application Development, Data, and Integration concepts.
• Experience with Enterprise Applications and Cloud, On-Premise, or Hybrid environments.
• Understand Solution Architecture, Design Standards, and system dependencies.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with testing, deployment, UAT, and handover processes.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with Business Stakeholders, Technical Teams, and Vendors.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Req:
