Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an IT PMO professional to manage vendor engagements, ensuring alignment with SLAs and governance standards across projects. The role involves coordinating procurement, onboarding, and performance evaluation while acting as the liaison between stakeholders and providers.

Ideal candidate has at least 4 years in IT PMO, strong contract management, and cost/risk analysis skills to optimize third-party services and ensure compliant procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in IT PMO.
• Strong understanding of technology contract management, including SLAs, and third-party vendor management.
• Knowledge of regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements related to procurement processes and vendor engagements.
• Ability to perform cost analysis and efficiency assessments, including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Cost Efficiency Analysis, for third-party services and solutions.
• Strong risk analysis and assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities
