Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and govern end-to-end architectures across application, data, and infrastructure domains. You will drive integration and data architecture for scalable, distributed systems in both on-premise and cloud settings.

The role requires strong knowledge of security-by-design, enterprise standards, and cross-functional collaboration with analysts, leads, and engineering teams to deliver resilient, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9–16 years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect
• Experience in large-scale and mission-critical projects preferred
• Strong expertise in Application & Integration Architecture
• Strong Data Architecture expertise
• Experience with scalable, distributed systems (API, event-driven, microservices)
• Cloud Architecture knowledge (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and Hybrid/Multi-Cloud
• Understanding of security, network, IAM, HA, DR, and performance
• Experience with system integration (REST, SOAP, Messaging, ESB, iPaaS)
• Data integration, governance, quality, and analytics platforms
• Cost optimization and capacity planning
• Security-by-Design principles

Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end solution architecture based on business requirements
• Develop architecture for application, integration, data, and infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments
• Ensure solutions align with Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Security, and Technology Standards
• Define architecture principles, patterns, and reusable components for development teams
• Provide architecture guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle
• Review solution designs for security, performance, scalability, and compliance
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Leads, Project Managers, and Engineering Teams
• Identify architectural risks and provide solutions and recommendations
