Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an IT Senior QA Staff for a Jakarta-based software company. The role focuses on designing, executing, and reviewing test strategies for new SaaS features across the product lifecycle.

You will perform manual and API testing with strong attention to detail, mentor junior QA members, and collaborate with developers, PMs, and international teams in Japan and Vietnam. Fluent English required and 5+ years of QA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Quality Assurance for software products.
• High conversational English proficiency.
• Strong command of testing methodologies, SDLC, manual and API testing, and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Our client is Software company. Currently, they are looking for IT Senior QA Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and review test strategies for new SaaS features across the product lifecycle.

Perform manual and API testing with strong attention to detail and product quality.

Contribute to QA processes, best practices, and quality metrics together with the QA Lead.

Mentor junior QA members by sharing knowledge and reviewing test cases to help raise the team's quality standard.

Work closely with Developers, PMs, and global counterparts in Japan and Vietnam in agile workflows.

Monitor defect trends, escalates critical issues, and ensure every release meets the quality bar.

Job Requirements:
