Job summary

PT. Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi (AdIns) mencari profesional Security Specialist untuk menganalisis laporan keamanan dari berbagai alat, memantau konfigurasi solusi keamanan, dan melakukan uji keamanan untuk endpoints serta server.

Peran ini juga mencakup simulasi incident response, dukungan aktivitas penetration testing eksternal, serta program simulasi phishing dan kesadaran keamanan. Lokasi Jakarta Pusat dengan pekerjaan onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimal 3–5 tahun pengalaman Cyber Security.
• Lulusan S1 IT/Ilmu Komputer atau bidang terkait lebih disukai.
• Berpengalaman dalam VAPT, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, dan Secure Coding.

Responsibilities

• Menganalisis laporan/security logs dari SOC, SIEM, Firewall, EDR, VAPT, IAM, NAC, dan alat keamanan lain.
• Memantau dan mengoptimalkan konfigurasi NGFW, WAF, EDR/XDR, DLP, Anti-Spam, dan Antivirus.
• Melakukan simulated incident response, pengujian keamanan, dan baseline check untuk endpoints/servers.
• Melakukan pengujian penetrasi internal serta mendukung kegiatan penetrasi eksternal.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Analyze security reports and logs from SOC, SIEM, Firewall, EDR, VAPT, IAM, NAC, and other security tools.
• Monitor and optimize configurations of NGFW, WAF, EDR/XDR, DLP, Anti-Spam, and Antivirus solutions.
• Perform incident response simulation, security testing, and baseline checks for endpoints and servers.
• Conduct internal penetration testing and support external penetration testing activities.
• Perform phishing simulations and security awareness programs.
• Implement and maintain security controls in accordance with regulatory and company security requirements.
• Willing to work in insurance industry
• Full WFO - Jakarta Pusat

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experienced in VAPT, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, and Secure Coding.
• Experienced in Red Team / Blue Team activities.
• Familiar with SIEM, VAPT, SAST/DAST, DLP, EDR, WAF, NAC, IAM, and Patch Management tools.
• Proficient with tools such as Wazuh/ArcSight, Tenable/Rapid7, Burp Suite/SonarQube, CrowdStrike/Cortex, Cloudflare/Imperva, Wireshark/Kali Linux, or equivalent.
• CEH / Security+ certification is preferred.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Python / PowerShell is a plus.
