Job summary

MAP Fashion1 is seeking an SAP Support Analyst to provide daily SAP user support across all business units, troubleshoot incidents, monitor systems, and drive data migration efforts. The role collaborates with IT teams and vendors to ensure secure SAP access and smooth deployments.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS, strong SAP module knowledge (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR), and experience in SAP configuration.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Good understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR) and SAP integration with other systems.
• Experience in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support is advantageous.

Job description

Provide daily support to SAP users across all business units.

Handle incidents: perform troubleshooting, resolve, and escal SAP-related issues.

Monitor systems to ensure smooth SAP operations.

Support data migration activities, validation, and reconciliation.

Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors regarding system integration and development.

Manage user access requests and maintain SAP authorization profiles.

Prepare and update documentation (user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting logs).

Conduct training or "train the trainer" sessions for end-users.

Assist with the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process and deployment activities.

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Good understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, or other modules as required by the company).

Experience in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support is an advantage.

Familiarity with SAP integration to other systems (e.g., POS, ERP, middleware).

Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents quickly.

Understanding of SAP authorization and security concepts.

Good documentation skills (SOPs, issue logs, user manuals).

Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

Willingness to learn the latest SAP features and adapt to system upgrades.

Able to work under pressure, including supporting store openings or urgent deployments.

Fresh graduates with a certified SAP training (SAP Training Certified during college) are welcome to apply.

Or have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting SAP RM (Retail Management) or SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
