Job summary

Ultra Voucher is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the development and enhancement of loyalty web applications. You will work with Product, Engineering, Business, and external vendors to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and business objectives.

You will document requirements, analyze current systems, translate needs into technical specs, and coordinate UAT and training materials. Strong collaboration and proactive mindset are essential in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/IT or related field.
• 3-5 years in IT Project Management, preferably web app development.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with web technologies, system integration, and software processes.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for loyalty web applications.
• Analyze existing loyalty systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineer, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and assist in planning and management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support for loyalty web applications, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure the stability and performance of applications.
