Job summary

Ultra Voucher is seeking a Project Manager Intern in Jakarta. You will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring client implementations and system enhancements.

You will track timelines, milestones, and deliverables while gathering business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. You will prepare BRDs, meeting notes, and status reports, coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and Operations teams, and support testing and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–2 years of project management/coordination/business analysis experience.
• Experience in IT projects or software development is preferred.
• Basic understanding of BRD, project lifecycle, and SDLC.
• PM tools knowledge is advantageous; internship available.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring client projects.
• Track progress, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and actions.
• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs, meeting minutes, status reports, and other docs.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and Operations.
• Support scheduling, updates, trackers, and follow-ups.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; coordinate resolutions.
• Support testing (system/UAT) and implementation activities.
• Conduct client training and prepare user guides.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition to BAU.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
