Tada is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding, from deal signing to go-live, ensuring a smooth client experience. You’ll coordinate technical inquiries, prepare proposals and process flows based on client needs, and collaborate across teams.

The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, proven negotiation experience, and the ability to read API documentation and execute requests via Postman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥ 3.35.
• Fluent English and Bahasa proficiency.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and articulate requirements clearly.
• Passion for guiding onboarding and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding from deal signing to go-live.
• Coordinate technical inquiries, proposals, and process flows.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams.
• Deliver training and socialize project implementation with clients.
• Manage On-Premise, On-Cloud, SaaS projects and timelines.
• Create BRDs/SOPs and ensure accurate interpretation.
