Job summary

Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects in Jakarta with a strong focus on delivering on time and within scope. You will define objectives, manage resources and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

The role requires extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, excellent communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably managing complex technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and driving projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial-related projects is a strong plus, particularly in Financial Accounting, MSA (Management System Accounting), or finance/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning and execution through to successful delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage project resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure proper project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and management processes.
