Job summary

PT Teknologi Weldim Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Software Engineering Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development lifecycles, from architectural planning to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

You will own sprint planning, resource allocation, risk control, and quality assurance, while translating technical progress into clear dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders to drive timely, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical & Core Competencies: Direct experience or demonstrated capability in one or more of the following:
• Software Project Management & SDLC frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Project Planning, Roadmapping, Scheduling & Quality Assurance
• Risk Mitigation, Resource Allocation & Capacity Planning
• Project Performance Monitoring, Velocity Metrics & Stakeholder Reporting
• Technical Leadership, Problem-Solving, Cross-Functional Communication & Negotiation

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SDLC governance across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid.
• Plan sprints, define WBS, manage backlogs, and enable predictable releases.
• Allocate resources across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps.
• Identify bottlenecks, control scope, and ensure quality releases.
• Translate progress into dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
• Lead daily stand-ups and retrospectives to foster collaboration.
