Job summary

Sapta Tunas Teknologi in Jakarta seeks a proactive Project Documentation Specialist to create timelines and CoM slides, and to monitor scope reminders for internal teams. You will delegate tasks, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and resolve issues while ensuring all project data is logged in Google Drive.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/engineering and strong experience with project documentation, maintenance tracking, and Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, industrial engineering or related field.
• Experience in project documentation preparation (timeline, Pre-CoM/CoM slides, reports).
• Skilled in maintenance project management, including tracking contract periods and renewals.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (GDrive, Sheets, Slides, Docs) and other PM tools.
• Familiar with IT infrastructure or solution delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Create project documentation (timeline, Pre-CoM slides, CoM slides).
• Create reminders of scope of work that expire maintenance to internal teams.
• Delegate work effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers.
• Resolve emerging issues.
• Manage documentation and reports.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Log all project data into Google Drive.
