Job summary

KantorKu is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, network and system integration initiatives from planning through closure.

You will ensure projects stay within scope, budget and schedule, coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams, manage risks and reporting, and drive clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects across Infrastructure, Cloud, Network & Security, or System Integration.
• Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• PMI/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certifications are advantageous.
• International education background or overseas experience valued.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale projects in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network & Security, System Integration, or Application Implementation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
• International education background and/or overseas working experience will be highly valued.
