Job summary

PT Pro Sigmaka Mandiri in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will coordinate resources, manage risks, develop detailed project plans, and report progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in IT, understands PMBOK and Scrum, and has strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a developer background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in IT.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and Scrum.
• Min 4 years of experience as a PM.
• Have a developer background.
• Have a strong leadership.
• Good communication skills.
• Good negotiator.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in 5 stages of the project: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Maintain efficient use of resources.
• Maintain the quality of project delivery according to business value
• Generate and present project progress report
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and accelerate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Work closely with the user
• Work closely with the developer team
