PT Ikonsultan Inovatama, a leading IT and management consulting firm in Indonesia, seeks an IT Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in banking/financial services to lead end-to-end IT initiatives. You will drive planning, budgeting, RAID management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will prepare dashboards, executive updates, and steering materials, while ensuring governance, QA, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate dependencies across multiple domains.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. Experience with global consulting firms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IT projects in banking/financial services, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget.
• Develop project governance, quality assurance, and compliance oversight to meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project dashboards, KPI reports, executive status updates, and steering committee materials.
• Manage RAID log (risks, issues, actions, dependencies) and escalate to sponsors as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, infrastructure, security, and vendor groups.

Description du poste

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT projects.

Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder management, and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and coordinate dependencies across business, technology, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, DevSecOps, and project delivery methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. Experience in banking system implementation is highly preferred.

Ability to manage project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies (RAID), develop mitigation plans, resolve critical issues, and escalated matters to project sponsors and steering committees when necessary.

Experienced in project governance, quality assurance, and compliance oversight, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Skilled in preparing project dashboards, KPI reports, executive status updates, steering committee materials, and management presentations.

Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to facilitate decision-making and align business and technical objectives.

Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. Previous experience working with global consulting firms is a plus.
