You will translate needs from warehouse, HR, production, distribution, and finance into actionable requirements, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure GMP-compliant data integrity across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience, with at least 5 years as IT Project Manager.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
• Understanding SDLC, infrastructure, and support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-divisional IT projects from initiation through go-live.
• Build and maintain project portfolio, prioritization, roadmaps, schedules, resources.
• Translate needs into executable requirements for IT team.
• Ensure integrated solutions across divisions; avoid silos.
• Work with internal IT teams to monitor delivery quality and timeliness.
• Manage risks, scope changes, dependencies, and issues.
• Prepare budgets, track actuals, and report progress to management.
• Establish project methodology, documentation, and governance standards.
• Ensure projects comply with GMP and data integrity requirements.
