Job summary

Integrated Future Consulting Group (IFCG) is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives from initiation to completion in our Jakarta office.

You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor risks, manage scope, schedule and budget, and report progress to clients and management, ensuring quality and on-time results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Manager experience.
• End-to-end IT project delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, MS Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams including developers, QA, BAs, stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation plans.
• Manage scope and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Communicate status, progress, risks to clients and management.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, costs.
• Ensure proper project documentation and reporting.
