Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia is looking for an IT Product Manager to lead end-to-end development and enhancement of IT products. You will partner with business users, IT teams, and developers to translate needs into effective solutions and define clear requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, analyzing performance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to roadmaps while guiding a team of product professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Product Management or related roles.
• Experience in managing IT products, digital platforms, or system development projects.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or a related role.
• Experience in managing IT products, digital platforms, business applications, or system development projects.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, system implementation, and software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
