Job summary
PT ADI SARANA ARMADA, TBK in Jakarta seeks an IT Product Owner to define the vision, strategy, and lifecycle for its ICT products. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, guiding engineers and stakeholders to maximize product value.
You will rely on Agile methods and DevOps practices, using Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps to track progress, communicate decisions, and prioritize roadmaps. A solid ERP/CRM migrations background and strong stakeholder negotiation are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IE or related field.
- 3+ years as Product Owner/PM/BA in ICT/enterprise IT environment.
- Proven track record managing complex IT systems, software applications products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage competing priorities from different business units.
- ITIL or PMP certification is a strong plus.
- Experience with ERP or CRM migrations
