Job summary

AlloFresh in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization, guiding growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, work with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams, and drive improvements across the shopping journey, from discovery to checkout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience in e-commerce or fintech, strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, fintech, or consumer technology.
• Experience with e-commerce, shopping experience, growth, payment, or monetization products is a must.
• Solid understanding of product development cycle.

• Identify customer and business opportunities through data, user insights, market trends, and experimentation.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful product solutions.
• Drive improvements across the end-to-end shopping journey, including product discovery, search, browsing, cart, checkout, and overall customer experience.
• Monitor product performance and use data to evaluate impact, identify opportunities, and continuously improve products.
• Support product initiatives related to growth, payment, conversion, retention, and monetization when required.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, fintech, or consumer technology.
• Experience with e-commerce, shopping experience, growth, payment, or monetization products is a must.
• Solid understanding of product development cycle
• Good understanding of basic engineering concepts
• Ability to manage stakeholders from various level and functions
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
• Familiarity with SQL, product analytics, or A/B testing is highly desirable.
