Job summary

Berca Hardayaperkasa LP in Jakarta is seeking a driven sales professional to build and sustain partnerships with IT principals. You will co-create strategic plans, manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and uncover new business opportunities.

The role involves coordinating events, trainings, and product updates, plus assisting with pricing, demos, and POCs. Fresh graduates are welcome; Indonesian and English language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome to apply.
• Familiar with IT products, especially hardware, is advantageous.
• Required skills: communication, strategic thinking, presentation, customer service, negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings, training, and seminars from principals and inform results to internal teams.
• Arrange events, training, Bootcamp, and IT product updates from principals to sales and presales.
• Assist with pricing submissions and configuration; support demo units and POCs.
• Engage in marketing activities such as exhibitions and product campaigns.

• Doing marketing activities such as exhibitions and product campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Fresh graduates with similar experiences during internships are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with IT products, especially hardware, will be a good advantage
