Job summary

Mastercard seeks a strategic leader to head Consumer Solutions for East Southeast Asia. You will define growth strategies, partner with issuers, digital banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners to accelerate consumer adoption of Mastercard products and engagement platforms.

You will leverage market insights to shape product direction, supervise senior engagements, and drive measurable business outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in consumer banking, cards, payments, digital commerce, fintech, or related industries.
• Proven success developing and executing commercial growth strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead Mastercard's Consumer Solutions strategy across East Southeast Asia.
• Drive adoption and growth of Mastercard's consumer products, benefits platforms, and engagement solutions through issuers, digital banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies that accelerate consumer acquisition, activation, spend, retention, and portfolio profitability.
• Partner with Account Management, Business Development, and Product teams to develop customer-specific growth plans and differentiated value propositions.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Consumer Solutions, leading strategic customer engagements, executive discussions, and solution workshops.
• Monitor consumer trends, competitive developments, and emerging industry opportunities to shape commercialization priorities and business growth plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Services, Marketing, Advisors, Data & Services, Digital Partnerships, Legal, and regional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and measure business impact.
• Influence product innovation and roadmap priorities by acting as the voice of customers and markets across East Southeast Asia.
• Build and scale best practices and thought leadership that strengthen Mastercard's market differentiation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
