You will define and execute the division's consumer growth strategy, drive adoption of Mastercard's consumer products and engagement solutions with issuers, digital banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with product and marketing, and use data and market insights to identify opportunities, shape roadmaps, and deliver measurable revenue

Responsibilities

• Lead Mastercard's Consumer Solutions strategy across East Southeast Asia.
• Drive adoption and growth of Mastercard's consumer products, benefits platforms, and engagement solutions through issuers, digital banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies that accelerate consumer acquisition, activation, spend, retention, and portfolio profitability.
• Partner with Account Management, Business Development, and Product teams to develop customer-specific growth plans and differentiated value propositions.
