Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Specialist Sales, Consumer Solutions to lead the Consumer Solutions strategy across East Southeast Asia. You will drive adoption of Mastercard's consumer products, engage with issuers and fintechs, and shape growth plans through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead a high-performing team, influence product roadmaps, and partner with regional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions that enhance portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead Mastercard's Consumer Solutions strategy across East Southeast Asia.
• Drive adoption and growth of Mastercard's consumer products, benefits platforms, and engagement solutions through issuers, digital banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies that accelerate consumer acquisition, activation, spend, retention, and portfolio profitability.
• Partner with Account Management, Business Development, and Product teams to develop customer-specific growth plans and differentiated value propositions.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Consumer Solutions, leading strategic customer engagements, executive discussions, and solution workshops.
• Monitor consumer trends, competitive developments, and emerging industry opportunities to shape commercialization priorities and business growth plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Services, Marketing, Advisors, Data & Services, Digital Partnerships, Legal, and regional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and measure business impact.
• Influence product innovation and roadmap priorities by acting as the voice of customers and markets across East Southeast Asia.
• Build and scale best practices and thought leadership that strengthen Mastercard's market differentiation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
