Job summary

RGE is seeking an IT operations professional to provide 1st and 2nd level support for end users across plant sites. You will ensure reliability of servers, networks, and storage while managing incidents and driving digitalization initiatives.

The role requires at least 4 years in IT operations and infrastructure, with preference for manufacturing or multi-site experience. You will develop dashboards and automate processes to improve visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT operation & infrastructure.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure & digital projects from planning to implementation.
• Experience replacing manual business processes with digital solutions.
• Familiar with workflow automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level IT operational support for end users.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, storage, and end-user computing.
• Manage IT incidents, service requests, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Perform routine maintenance, system patching, upgrades, and preventive health checks.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing compliance.
• Develop digital forms, workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure and digitalization projects.
• Prepare project documentation, implementation plans, and progress reports.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
