Job summary

Peepl is seeking an IT Odoo Business Analyst to analyze business requirements, manage Odoo implementation, and supervise developers for timely delivery. Jakarta-based, on-site role with responsibilities spanning requirements analysis, module configuration, and leading UAT and go-live.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as an Odoo BA, strong Odoo module knowledge, and experience supervising a team, plus familiarity with BRD/FSD and integration tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) required.
Minimum 3 years as Odoo Functional / ERP BA.
At least 1 year of team supervision.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Project, HR).
BRD/FSD, UAT scenarios, and user manuals preparation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience with Odoo Enterprise v16+, API/REST integration or Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Python, XML, and Odoo ORM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and prepare FSD.
Configure Odoo modules and conduct fit-gap analysis.
Supervise Odoo Developers and monitor delivery.
Lead UAT, user training, and go-live.
Manage change requests and project progress.
