Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and optimize hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization. You will monitor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and support incident resolution.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, 3+ years in IT infrastructure, and relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, VCP, MCSE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related areas.
• Hands-on experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), storage, and virtualization.
• Understanding of IT operations, SLA management, incident management, and disaster recovery.
• Experience in vendor management and IT infrastructure security compliance.
• At least one relevant certification (CCNA, CCNP, VCP, MCSA/MCSE) or equivalent.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT infrastructure incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, capacity planning, vulnerability remediation, and DR testing.

• Ensure infrastructure security, access control, IT governance compliance, and ITIL-based processes.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, vendors, and service providers.
