Job summary

Best Agro International, a premier palm oil enterprise in Indonesia, is seeking a Technical Head to lead the maintenance and development of plantation site assets, overseeing civil infrastructure projects, fleet readiness, and contractor oversight.

The successful candidate will hold an engineering degree, have 3+ years in technical management within palm oil plantations, and be prepared to reside on-site in Central Kalimantan.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering at Diploma or Bachelor level.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical management role in the palm oil plantation sector.
• Willingness to reside on-site at Central Kalimantan operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure development and maintenance across housing, roads, bridges, and public amenities.
• Supervise fleet and equipment readiness, including vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Supervise external contractors to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
