Job summary

PT. DATA JARINGAN MANDIRI is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer Staff to install, configure, monitor, and maintain network, CCTV, door access, and related devices at Bekasi work locations and project sites.

The role ensures stable and secure IT infrastructure to support operations. The candidate will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, document configurations, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related field.
Understanding of TCP/IP networking, LAN, VLAN, Switch, Router, CCTV, NVR/DVR, Door Access, and IT device troubleshooting.
Ability to install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure devices (network, CCTV, access control).
Able to read topology and technical documentation.
Willing to work in the field and travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

Execute installation and configuration of IT Infrastructure devices.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of device and network faults.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and ensure devices function to standard.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
Check cables, connections, power, and supporting devices.
Create documentation of configurations, work results, and field work reports.
Support project execution, deployment, upgrade, and IT Infrastructure migration.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and related parties.
Ensure work complies with SOP, technical standards, and occupational safety requirements.
