Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Leader to oversee servers, storage, network, security, and cloud environments to meet business requirements and SLAs.
You will manage VMware infrastructure (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter/HA/DRS/vMotion), Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, DNS, and enterprise backup; drive capacity planning, security, and DR readiness; and mentor the IT Infrastructure team while aligning IT strategy with business goals.
Lead and manage the company’s overall IT infrastructure, covering servers, virtualization, storage, network, backup, security, data center, and cloud environments.
Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion, virtual machines, and datastore environments.
Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, performance, security, and capacity are maintained in line with business requirements and agreed SLAs.
Establish and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, architecture, and operational best practices.
Lead infrastructure planning, implementation, upgrades, migration, optimization, and technology lifecycle management.
Oversee Windows and Linux server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure services.
Manage enterprise storage, backup, replication, and recovery solutions, including SAN/NAS and Veeam Backup & Replication or equivalent technologies.
Oversee network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, internet connectivity, and network security.
Establish and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity readiness, including RTO/RPO targets and periodic recovery testing.
Ensure infrastructure security through patch management, system hardening, access control, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance.
Lead infrastructure monitoring, incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions for critical incidents.
Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, licensing, support contracts, procurement, budgeting, and technology evaluations.
Maintain proper infrastructure documentation, asset inventory, network diagrams, SOPs, configuration standards, and change management controls.
Lead, develop, and manage the IT Infrastructure team, including resource planning, performance management, coaching, technical direction, and escalation management.
Work closely with IT Security, Applications, Development, Database, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy with organizational objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of IT Infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong managerial and technical background in enterprise infrastructure, data center operations, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion in enterprise environments.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, SAN/NAS, and enterprise backup solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, firewall, LAN/WAN, and network security.
Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication or equivalent enterprise backup and disaster recovery platforms.
Good understanding of infrastructure security, vulnerability management, patch management, system hardening, and IT governance.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments is an advantage.
Strong experience in infrastructure capacity planning, budgeting, vendor management, contract management, and technology lifecycle planning.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage critical incidents, drive infrastructure projects, and communicate effectively with management and business stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet, Veeam, or ITIL are preferred.
