Job summary

CTBC Bank Indonesia is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure leader to drive data center operations and oversee strategic IT projects.

You will manage server, storage, networking, and virtualization, while ensuring security, compliance, and high availability across our critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive IT infrastructure experience, 3+ years in leadership or data centers.
• Proven record in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong data center tech knowledge: servers, storage, networking, virtualization.
• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments; knowledge of IT security and compliance.
