Job summary

PT IDP Consulting Indonesia is seeking an IT Executive to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with design and business needs. You will manage IT assets, oversee regulatory compliance, and provide Tier 1–2 support across software, hardware, and networking.

The role requires a degree in IT or CS, English proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills. Occasional travel to other offices is expected, with a 25% travel requirement.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience in computer maintenance and network administration is preferred.
• Good command of English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT infrastructure operates as per design and meets business requirements.
• Account for all IT assets (hardware, software).
• Ensure IT systems comply with software management regulatory requirements.
• Explore and exploit IT infrastructure to maximize asset utilization.
• Ensure IT systems comply with SOPs, OPPs and policies.
• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for IT systems, including software and networking.
• Perform testing and verification of IT infrastructure after service by vendors.
• Support wireless LAN and LAN network cabling and labeling.
• Manage telephone systems.
• Travel within Indonesia to other offices (25%).
