Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) in Yogyakarta seeks an EUC Specialist to own end-user computing operations, improve workplace technology experiences, and drive service improvements with data and automation. You will report to the Senior Country IT Manager in an onsite role based in Yogyakarta.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day EUC operations, vendor escalations, and developing SOPs. This role emphasizes process standardisation, security, and collaboration across internal teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, service desk, workplace technology, or a related field.
• Able to manage operational tasks and projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with IT service management, asset management, endpoint tools, cloud applications, or workplace platforms such as Google Workspace, Jamf, or Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with experience in process improvement, SOP creation, automation, dashboards, or AI-assisted support.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day EUC operations for the assigned site or country, ensuring reliable support and service quality.
• Manage vendor escalations, monitor performance, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Create and improve SOPs, user guides, records, and knowledge-base content.
• Collaborate with GTS teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve end-user services.
• Support compliance and operational improvement initiatives through accurate asset management, automation, reporting, AI tools, and process standardisation.

Get to know the Role

The EUC Specialist is a role responsible for owning defined end-user computing (EUC) operational outcomes and improving workplace technology experiences for Grabbers. This role is expected to independently manage scoped operational workstreams, identify recurring user pain points, and drive service improvements through data, documentation, automation, and close collaboration with internal teams and managed service partners. You will report to the Senior Country IT Manager. This is an onsite role based in Yogyakarta

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
