Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist to provide operational support for Finance applications based in South Jakarta. You will handle incidents, contribute to configuration, and ensure timely resolution for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments.

The role requires strong Oracle ERP Cloud experience, ITIL-aligned incident management, and collaboration with finance/procurement teams. This is a full-time, on-site position at Grab’s Jakarta office, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior role with Oracle ERP Cloud
• Proven application support experience
• Hands-on setup and configuration of Oracle Fusion ERP
• Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle tools
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and FBDI templates
• Understanding of Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level support for Finance and Procurement modules
• Monitor ETL jobs and interfaces with automated tooling
• Lead for Finance, Procurement & GTS, identify gaps and new platform offerings
• Own incident and SLAs, adhere to ITIL processes
• Support SIT and UAT for enhancements and patches
• Conduct POC evaluations for new business requirements
• Coordinate defects with stakeholders and vendors
• Liaise with Oracle Support and partners
• Mentor L1/L2 support and maintain knowledge base
• Support internal and SOX audit requirements

Get to Know the Role

The Senior Solution Specialist will report directly to the Support Manager for Finance Systems. Their primary responsibility will be operational support for Finance applications, handling incoming issues to ensure swift and efficient resolution. This role requires fundamental functional skills, technical support capabilities, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications administration expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications and related platforms.

This role will be based in South Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Provide support to Finance users on system-related issues, including application maintenance, setup & configuration, data migration, and minor enhancements.
• Provide third-level (L3) resolution, and prepare documentation, system manuals, and procedures.
• Provide functional support during month-end and year-end activities.
• Provide subject-matter expert (SME) support for Finance and Procurement modules.
• Proactively manage all incidents and change requests, prioritising issues of varying severity.
• Perform root cause analysis for high-severity incidents and problem tickets.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements.
• Monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs and interfaces, utilising automated monitoring techniques.
• Lead for Finance, Procurement & GTS, identifying process gaps and new platform offerings.
• Own incident and service-request SLAs, ensuring adherence to ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements, patches, and new implementations.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for new business requirements, assessing feasibility and recommending solutions.
• Validate test results, document defects, and coordinate fixes with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Liaise with Oracle Support, implementation partners, and internal Finance/GTS stakeholders on escalations and enhancements.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to L1/L2 support and maintain the team knowledge base.
• Support internal and SOX audit requirements within the finance systems landscape.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, with detailed knowledge of the Oracle ERP Cloud suite of products and the interactions between modules and third-party applications.
• Proven skills and a track record in application support.
• Proficiency in setup & configuration, with hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies (OTBI, BI Publisher) and tools (ADFDI, SmartView, BPM Workflow, Oracle AI Studio).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integration with third-party applications and using FBDI templates for Customers/Suppliers/Banks/AR Invoices/Journals.
• High-level understanding of Oracle modules related to Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, and Procurement).
• Proven experience in supporting testing, defect analysis, and fixing production issues.
• Collaboration and trust with business users and stakeholders across multiple departments.

Good to have

• Prior experience in application support is a great addition
• Experience working directly with finance and procurement teams.
• Experience with finance systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, Concur, Kyriba).
• Experience in a global corporation or international business environment.
• Experience in RPA, OIC, and automation is a value-add.
• ITIL certification is advantageous.
