• Lead digital transformation design initiatives and its implementation in organizational level consisting of framework and architecture that relevant with company business model
• Define and analyze business or process transformation requirements of all functions through business process reengineering by using technology as its solution
• Define and implement direct and indirect key performance indicators of business transformation in line with the adoption of technology that adds value to business growth
• Establish end to end digital business process creation and migration based on company business model and process
• Lead the winning team in designing, implementing and communicating the digital vision to relevant stakeholders by adopting the latest and relevant technology
• Ensure the implementation of digital initiatives performance is up to standard, on time, and within budget

Head of IT Digital Transformation (Information Technology) :

Lead digital transformation design initiatives and its implementation in organizational level consisting of framework and architecture that relevant with company business model
