IT Development & Business Analyst Manager

We are looking for an IT Development & Business Analyst Manager to lead our Software Development and Business Analyst teams in delivering scalable, innovative, and business-driven technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a combined team of Software Developers and Business Analysts, building a high-performance and collaborative environment.

Oversee the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Define and drive technical strategy, system architecture, and technology roadmaps, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Lead Business Analysis activities, translating business needs into functional specifications, product requirements, and technology solutions.

Drive product roadmap development, feature prioritization, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for digital product enhancement.

Partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, business teams, and external stakeholders to deliver technology solutions effectively.

Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs to improve development productivity and create innovative business solutions.

Continuously identify opportunities to automate business processes, improve system architecture, and generate business value through technology.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Developer and/or Business Analyst, with strong exposure to software development.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Business Analysis, system development, and digital product management.

Experience with retail business processes and operations is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of programming, IT infrastructure, system integration, and enterprise application development.

Passionate about Product Application Development, Business Analysis, Digital Products, Emerging Technologies, and AI Innovation.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience leading or managing Developers and Business Analysts is highly preferred.
