TP Health in Indonesia seeks an IT Support professional to join the tech ops team. A CS/Engineering degree, English fluency, and hands-on Windows server admin, AD, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and security practices are required. You will handle Windows installations, IIS, reporting, and monitoring across endpoints. Shift flexibility is needed.

Ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving skills and can operate in a fast-paced networked environment with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
• Have knowledge as IT Support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Willing to working with shifting schedule
• Fluently in English (Oral & Written)
• Have knowledge as IT Support
• Proficient with the following: Windows Server Administration,AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, Excel, Reporting and Data Analytics, RDP
• Windows installation and configuration
• Working knowledge on the following: IT Security best practices, LANSweeper, IIS
• Monitoring software & Hardware, Windows Registry and Anti-virus Program
