Job summary

PT ALEXA MEDIKA is seeking an IT / Data Analyst to transform business data into actionable insights and practical solutions. You will work with business users to understand needs, develop data-driven solutions, and support process improvement.

You will build dashboards and reports, work with Excel, SQL, Power BI, APIs, and Python, and apply AI tools to enhance development and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, relational databases, and Python.
• Experience building dashboards or data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data products for business monitoring and decision-making.
• Build internal web tools and analytical solutions for data collection, reporting, monitoring, and process improvement.
• Work with databases, Excel files, APIs, and other data sources, including data integration when required.
• Automate repetitive data processing, reporting, and operational tasks where appropriate.
• Translate business requirements into practical data-driven solutions.
• Improve and maintain existing data products based on user feedback and changing business requirements.
• Support new data, automation, and digital initiatives based on business needs.
