The role covers requirement gathering, solution evaluation, and user training, with responsibilities spanning system docs, data analysis, and client support. Fresh graduates with a tech passion are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• ERP knowledge in property industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome with strong interest in IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user requirements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of business functions.
• Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.
• Create system documentation, database, flowcharts, business processes, applications and testing scenarios.
• Coordinate with business users and programmer team in software development projects.
• Communicate with user departments, explain impact of changes and train them on new applications.
• Maintenance and support to clients including technical advice, reports, data analysis and corrections.

Job Description :

Conduct business and user requirement analysis.

Gain / maintain an in-depth knowledge of business functions.

Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.

Creating system, documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing scenario.

Coordinate with business user and programmer team in software development project.

To communicate with user departments, explaining the impact of any change and training them in the use of new applications.

Mantaining and support to client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction.

Requirements :

S1 / Bachelor Degree Majoring at Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.0

Solid consultancy background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in ERP, especially in property business industries.

Fast learner and great passion for innovation

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Having knowledge to identifies, evaluates, operational processes and procedures, problems and requirements.

Excellent in creating system documentation, database (sql server), flowchart, business process, application, and testing.

Good initiative, team work, integrity, and detail-oriented person.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Analytical, good communication, and can do attitude is a must

Fresh Graduate who has good knowledge of technology and application platforms are welcome

Prior customer service and client relations experience preferred

Will be located in Jakarta
