Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (D3/S1).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Trello, Figma). Knowledge of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering: conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders.
• Documentation: create BRD, functional specs, use cases, and user stories.
• Analysis: identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in processes.
• Solution design: design technical solutions with IT and development teams.
• Testing: assist in test plans and participate in UAT.
• Stakeholder management: liaise between business and technical teams.
• Project support: provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Continuous improvement: monitor performance and suggest enhancements.
• Compliance and standards: ensure GA standards and regulatory requirements are met.
