Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Application Support, Software Development, or a related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in programming and software development.
• Experience with automation scripting and process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Developed an internal UAT automation tool with modular web testing, human-readable inputs, and automated result reporting.
• Automated monthly scheduled reporting by consolidating multiple data sources saving time and effort as well as providing dependable reporting experience for the users.
• Designed and launched a real-time Tableau “control tower” dashboard for monitoring and self-service decisions.
• Design and build control tower framework, analytics, general hypothesis testing and all related initiatives with data.
• Conduct general analytics to identify areas of improvement for the organization and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Perform continuous process improvements during project runs and establish work-arounds when needed.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline and quality standards to support objectives and goals.
• Assess risk and control deficiencies and ensure compliance with policies, standards, SOPs and regulations.

Job description

• Developed an internal UAT automation tool with modular web testing, human-readable inputs, and automated result reporting. Aimed to reduce manual and repetitive routine for users, saving considerable hours annually, and earned an award (IOBS 2025).
• Automated monthly scheduled reporting by consolidating multiple data sources saving time and effort as well as providing dependable reporting experience for the users.
• Designed and launched a real-time Tableau “control tower” dashboard for monitoring and self-service decisions, reducing turnaround time for renewals and improving stakeholder access to information.
• Design and build control tower framework, analytics, general hypothesis testing and all related initiatives with data to handle operation’s data strategies
• Conduct general analytics to identify areas of improvement for T&O wide and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders and involve in the overall implementation and improvement.
• Perform continuous process improvements whenever its applicable during project run and ensure work-around is establish as well.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline and quality standard to support T&O and the bank achieving their objective and goals.
• Assess risk and control deficiencies or other scope in addition to give value on the initiative and conform for with all applicable policies, standards, SOP and regulations.
