Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Service Crew/Restaurant Cashier to provide welcoming customer service, take orders, and assist with menu selections in a busy dining setting.

You will process payments with POS and EDC devices, perform cash handling duties, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to SOPs and safety regulations. Weekend and holiday shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as Service Crew, Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Cashier preferred.
• Proficient with POS and EDC devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and assisting with menu selections.
• Process customer payments using the POS system and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Perform cashier opening, closing, and daily cash reconciliation in accordance with company SOPs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the dining, service, and cashier areas, including operational supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Comply with company policies, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Identify, document, and control risks in the relevant department’s work area as part of Integrated Management System.
• Participate in accident investigation and reporting and information security controls to protect assets.

Main Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Crew, Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Cashier is preferred.
• Proficient in operating POS systems and EDC payment machines.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
