Job summary

PT INDRA ANGKOLA is seeking Staf Internal Audit Operasional in Medan to analyse, establish, and develop audit systems across all company scopes. You will plan and execute audit programs and coordinate audit teams to ensure consistent, efficient audit work.

The role requires a minimum S1 degree and at least 2 years in internal auditing, with ISO and SAP/ERP experience preferred. Willingness to travel internationally and locally will be expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (S1)
• Minimum 2 years experience in Internal Audit staff roles in plantation operations
• Experience conducting external audits, operational audits and ISO certification
• Experience using SAP/ERP systems (valued)
• Understanding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 certificates
• Willing to travel outside city for >2 weeks
• Loyal and able to work collaboratively with team

Responsibilities

• Analyse, establish, maintain and develop audit systems across all company scopes
• Plan, execute, analyse and verify audit program implementation
• Coordinate audit teams to maintain consistency, continuity, efficiency and effectiveness of audit work
• Analyse and recommend changes to audit systems and work procedures to prevent leakage, negligence or improve efficiency
• Execute internal audit activities in accordance with Internal Audit Procedures and job descriptions
• Analyse and provide input on audit systems
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents, audit results, procedures and work instructions from external parties
